Q: How do I find out who my sales representative is?

Q: What is Mirror-Coated Drinkware?
A: Mirror-Coating is a specialty process applied to glassware. The name comes from the bright reflective surface that’s created on top of the glass. We can produce a variety of colors including gold, silver, blue, green, and many others. Mirror-Coating is available on a variety of glasses we produce. Ask your sales representative for more information.

Q: Where is your drinkware made?
A: Our products are produced in both the U.S. and overseas. We have factories in Pennsylvania and Nevada as well as warehousing in California, Nevada, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Miami and Orlando.

Q: What is the lead time for custom printed drinkware?
A: If the item being printed is a normal stock item then typically orders will ship out in approximately 4 weeks from the time we receive art approval and all necessary paperwork is completed for the order. New customers should allow extra time for processing new customer information.

Q: Are rush orders possible?
A: In certain circumstances we can rush the printing of your order. Please ask your salesperson or customer service representative for more information on rush orders.

Q: What are preferred formats for artwork?
A: Our PSGlass® Art Department prefers that all artwork be in vector format.  The following files types are best: Adobe Illustrator (.ai); CorelDRAWX8 (.cdr); PDF(.pdf); or EPS(.eps).

Q: What is California Proposition 65 and how does it affect my order?
A: California Proposition 65, also known as ‘Prop 65′ is a ballot initiative, passed in 1986, that, in part, requires public notification if any of the chemicals, or other elements, listed in the details of the proposition are present in an item that comes in contact with the public in the state of California. Q: Can you create a logo or artwork for me?
A: Yes. Our full service Art Department can work with you to design and create artwork for use in printing our products. Some charges for the art may apply.

Q: Is there a set-up charge for my custom printed order?
A: Set-up charges are usually a one-time fee for new orders and new items. This may also apply to modifications made to existing artwork in order for us to process the new art and create new screens. Please consult your salesperson or customer service representative for more information.

Q: How long does it take to get a customized order?
